This concert took place in Universal City (California) and featured the All-Star Garage Band which comprised of Edward Van Halen, Bryan Adams, Sheryl Crow, Melissa Etheridge, Steve Winwood and many other award-winning performers.

Edward used a white gloss Peavey Wolfgang Standard but also used a Steinberger TransTrem equipped white gloss Peavey Wolfgang Special.

The show was broadcasted on VH-1 on March 1997 (the photos are screencaptures from that broadcast).
