Although 2010 is a relatively calm year, rumours arise that Van Halen is in the studio with David Lee Roth recording an album, due in 2011. The Wolfgang guitars are expanding (the Special in 2010 and the Stealth and Custom in 2011) but no record release date is known, even when Van Halen become headliners of a major rock festival in Australia, the Soundwave Festival, scheduled late September and early October 2011.
