Edward Van Halen is to be married in 2009 to his longtime girlfriend, Janie Liszewski.

It is said that on October 6, 2008, Ed proposed to Janie, an actress and stuntwoman who became Van Halen's publicist in 2007. He proposed to her while vacationing in Hawaii. They are currently engaged and to be married in June 2009, after Wolfgang's graduation.
